How to Search a Product on the Site ?
The products from the Cedre Rouge catalogue are classified in three
worlds: GARDEN, FASHION and HOME. Select first a world by clicking on the
navigation key on the top of the page, then choose a sub-heading in the
menu on the left. Click simply then on a product to read its descriptive
card.
If you are looking for a product in promotion, a new one or a best seller,
we invite you to click on the corresponding boxes on the first page. You
will then have access to all our selections.
Using the search engine
If you know the name of the product, type one or several key words in the
search engine located at the left and top of the screen, then click OK. You
can search the whole catalogue or one universe in particular by selecting
it in the unfolding menu. The search concerns most of the information about
our products. You will thus have access to a list of products corresponding
with your search criterion.
The descriptive cards
Each card gives a maximum of information about the selected product. You
will find: the name of the product, its reference, its price, its eventual
promotion, its dimensions, its size, its colour and its material. A picture
representing it completes this description.
You can then buy the product online by clicking the "Buy" key or continue
to consult our catalogue by clicking the tabs of the menus on the top of
the page or on the left.
How to Order Online ?
After completing your search, you can buy a good online from its
descriptive card. To that end, click on "Order": you will thus have access
to your purchase order called "My basket". You can then continue to consult
the catalogue by clicking on "Order other articles". Click simply on "My
basket" on the top and right of your screen to return to your purchase
order.
The purchase order
Select the number of articles desired. Postage charges are calculated
automatically. The total amount indicated is that, which will be billed to
you. In case of delivery abroad, postage charges will be re-calculated
after the registration of your personal information.
Identification
For your first order, you must give all information concerning you. You
choose a surname "user name" and a password, which will permit to identify
you for your future orders. At any time, you can modify these information
by clicking on «My profile» at the top right of the screen. Click
«Validate».
Delivery
Enter then the address of delivery. It can be different from the address of
billing and you can add a personal message to the package.
Confirmation of Order
After checking the information concerning your order, choose a mean of
payment. You may choose between credit card or check. In case of payment by
check, the dispatch will be done upon receiving your mail. For information

When Will Goods Be Delivered to Me?
Le Cèdre Rouge pledges to deliver your order within a maximum delay of
10 days.
Your delivery is handled in the briefest delays and our packages are sent
by Post, in traced Colissimo for France and Europe and Chronopost for
abroad.
In case of unusual slowness, you will be sent an email as quickly as
possible.
May I Exchange a Product If It Doesn't Suit Me?
If a product doesn't suit you, you have a delay of 15 days from the
reception to return it to us. The product will then be exchanged so far as
available stocks permit. In that case, our clientele service will contact
you to send you a credit note by the amount of your purchase.
If, in spite of our great care, the product is defective or non-
conformable, we pledge to exchange it so far as available stocks permit or
reimburse it. In that case, we thank you for contacting our clientele
service, which will indicate the steps to take.

Articles returned incomplete, spoilt, damaged or soiled by the client are
not taken back. No dispatch as payment against delivery will be accepted
for any motive.

When you type your bank data during order, the liaison is entirely secret.
Noone has access to these information, you can transmit them fully
secureky. Your bank data are not kept by our servers. We guarantee thus the
confidentiality of these data.

Protection of Private Life
We pledge not to disclose and spread your personal information. But, if we
must do so legally, these information can be communicated to agencies and
institutions as part of a judicial inquiry.
Besides, our registration and order forms include the strictly necessary to
handle and deliver our articles properly. All the lines of our forms are
not to be filled obligatorily. The lines marked with * are mandatory, they
allow us to treat quickly and properly your order.
According to the law n°78-17 Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978,
you have the right to accede to and rectify your personal data. You can ask
the radiation or modification of your personal information from our data
bases. To that end, simply contact our clientele service.

What Are the Conditions of Delivery?
The bill
A bill is included in each package. It details your order and mentions
postage charges and the corresponding VAT. In case of a present, the bill
is not included in the package but sent separately to the address of
billing.
International Packages
Le Cèdre Rouge sends its packages to France, Europe, Switzerland or
Canada. If you want to have a good delivered elsewhere, we thank you for
contacting our clientele service. We recommend not to indicate as a
delivery address postal boxes or
Custom Duties and Taxes
Custom duties, taxes and dues or various fees upon the import of goods are
to be paid by the addressee upon reception of the package. The amounts of
these taxes depend on the rules in force in each country of destination. It
falls to the client to take the necessary information with the local
authorities concerned and to respect the necessary formalities for import
of the goods on the territory of the country of destination.
